I’m skimming the chapter on it in Theodore H White’s The Making of the President:1968 and it’s making me really want to reread this book. THE FOOD VENDORS WERE TOLD NOT TO PUT ICE IN THE DRINKS OR ELSE THE DELEGATES WOULD THROW ICE AT EACHOTHER.
